Data Deletion

How to ask Velosyti Systems Private Limited, the company behind Shoppyti, to delete your data.

If you are a buyer

If you ordered from a seller's Shoppyti store and want your data removed, you have two options:

Message the seller's store directly, on WhatsApp, Instagram or the website chat you used, and ask them to delete your order and chat history. Sellers hold their own buyers' data and can delete it.
If you cannot reach the seller, or you want your data removed from our systems too, write to us using the steps below.

If you want your Shoppyti account and store data deleted, write to us using the steps below.

Email accounts@velosyti.com with the subject line "Data deletion request", and include:

Your name.
The phone number or Instagram handle you used with Shoppyti.
If you are a buyer: the name of the seller's store you ordered from.
What you want deleted (for example: my account, my order history, my chat messages).

We reply within 7 business days. We may ask a few questions first, to make sure we are deleting the right person's data.

Once we confirm the request, we delete or anonymise the data, except for anything we must keep by law, such as records needed for tax or accounting.
